7.2. Purchases & Payment: All prices are displayed in your chosen currency and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
7.3. Shipping & Delivery: Vendors set shipping policies; Atlasbab is not responsible for shipping delays or errors.
7.4. Returns & Refunds: Return and refund policies are defined by each vendor. Disputes may be escalated to Atlasbab support.

8.1. Atlasbab may link to external websites or services.
8.2. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability.

12.2. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Casablanca, Morocco.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Atlasbab regarding your use of the Services.
